A key moment of the Forum was the presentation of the 2025 Moroccan Crowdfunding Barometer, providing unprecedented insights into the evolution of crowdfunding in Morocco.

Conducted in collaboration with IDinsight, this edition analyzed funds raised, campaign success rates, project leader profiles, the most active sectors, and the geographical distribution of funded initiatives. The study offered a comprehensive overview of the market, helping stakeholders better understand emerging trends and identify opportunities presented by this rapidly evolving financing mechanism.

This edition holds particular significance as it represents the first analysis published since the licensing of Morocco’s first crowdfunding platforms, marking an important milestone in the structuring and development of the national crowdfunding ecosystem.

The Forum then gave the floor to stakeholders directly involved in crowdfunding campaigns, offering practical insights into the realities of the field.

Through an engaging discussion featuring Akkan Crowdfunding, a crowdfunding platform, and Wasit, an impact-driven enterprise that successfully led a fundraising campaign, participants gained a behind-the-scenes view of a crowdfunding journey, particularly the different stages that led to the realization of Morocco’s first crowdlending campaign.
